Radome to Tailcone Refurbishment Program Airframe
A thorough log book audit plus a radome-to-tailcone inspection begins the process of uncovering bypassed or deferred items, squawks, or defects. The aircraft is disassembled and thoroughly inspected, system-by-system, bolt-by-bolt. Items found are corrected / repaired / replaced as necessary. While it's difficult to list all the action items performed, this service always includes the following items:
- Fresh 100 Hour (Annual) Inspection
- Fresh 200, 400, 500, 1000 Hour Inspections
- Bleed Air System Inspection
- Starter/Generators Overhauled
- Calibrate Fuel Indicator System
- Torque Limit System Inspection
- Fresh 5 Year Inspection and Overhaul Of Landing Gear and Actuators
- Fresh 12 and15 Year Wing and Fuselage Major Inspections (IRANS)
- All ADs and Mandatory Service Bulletins Due Are Complied With
- Air Cycle Machine (ACM) Rebuilt, Oil Changed and Flex Hoses Replaced
- Flex Hoses Are 10 Year Items. Any Hoses Over 5 Years Old Replaced
- All Interior Tinted Window Panels Replaced With New
- All Fuel Cells Replaced With New Permaflex Cells
- All De-ice Boots Refinished Or Replaced, As Necessary
- ECAS Custom Designed EAR "Super Hush" Soundproofing Package Installed

Exterior
Completely stripped, alodyne etched, epoxy primed and painted in Jet-Glow or Alumigrip to your specifications, design, and colors. All door jambs, cowling insides, etc., are included. All Dzus, Camlock, and Quick Fasteners are chrome plated and installed after painting. Factory decals, placards, labels and nameplates installed.

Interior
In addition to the soundproofing and window panel replacement we will completely refurbish The interior and baggage areas in leather and wool to colors of your choice. We inspect and polish all seat tracks and rails, knobs, door handles, and door thresholds. All woodwork, trim, moldings, lights, chair mechanisms, vent wemacs, seat belt webbing, etc. will be replaced or repaired as necessary.
Instrument Panel Avionics
The 690A/B, 840 series of aircraft offers the finest instrument panel designs and layout. We update this by refinishing with our own powder coatings to assure years of scratch resistant usage. Includes your choice of optional avionics and accessories:
- Overhaul Autopilot Components, Gyros and Servos
- Replace all Antennas, Coax, Bonding Straps, and Terminations
- Bench Check and Certify all Existing Avionics

Engines
We offer aircraft with a wide variety of engine times and options. Most include fresh hot sections or conversion to the exciting new DASH TEN ENGINES. All aircraft will be inspected, power and lebow dyno runs performed, main and start fuel schedules reset and completely rigged by our factory trained engine technicians.

Aircraft are custom crafted for each buyer. Our technicians can literally re-build your Commander completely to your specs. We search the market worldwide to have the best airframes for our "RADOME TO TAILCONE REFURBISHMENT". Depending on the work scope, we deliver aircraft between 90 to 180 days from date of order.
Limited Warranty
A copy of our warranty is available and is provided to all buyers. In summary, we warrant the airframe for a period of 120 days and the engines for up to 1 year and 1000 hours if we complete a hot section/gear box inspection. Avionics are covered based on the work scope performed.
