We’d like to introduce our Learjet team:

Kelly Wilson
Eight years at Bombardier as a Learjet technician, five as Quality Assurance Inspector. Eight years at US Air as a mechanic doing “C” checks on DC-9, MD-80 and F-100 aircraft.

Morris L. Ridenour
Ten years aircraft with 8 years of Learjet experience, including two years as Lead Technician, two years as Project Supervisor. Specialized in nose wheel steering, pressurization and fuel quantity systems. FAA Diamond and Bronze Training Awards and other performance awards.

Mark A. Egdorf
Twenty-four years aviation experience. Avionics/Instrument Bench and Line Technician performing troubleshooting, repairs, overhauls, calibration and re-certification of avionics components and line work on the Lear 31, 35, 45 and Lear 60. Wrote the procedure for the fabrication of the wire harnesses used in the RVSM modification and configured the PMA Department for the manufacturing of these harnesses.

David Coleman
Twenty-one years of total aviation experience, 15 years servicing Learjets with Bombardier in Indianapolis as Technician and Inspector. Served as a lead tech in 1998. Run-qualified in all Lear models. Factory schooled on Lear 35, 45 and Challenger 601. Certified for RVSM skin mapping on Lear and Challenger aircraft.

Travis Hartwell
Started at Rhodes Aviation as an avionics technician directly after graduating from Vincennes University with an A&P degree: then began as Learjet Technician at Bombardier. Specialized training in Lear 45 with emphasis on avionics performing installs and 91.411/413 checks.

Bob Grubbs
Learjet Technician for 26 years with Combs-Gates, AMR-Combs, and Bombardier in Indianapolis. Ten years airframe and 16 years 731 Engine service, performing engine hot section and airframe repairs as well as inspection duties. Run-qualified on all Learjet 20, 30, 45, 55, and 60 models.

Doug Foreman
Learjet Technician for 26 years beginning with Combs Gates, AMR Combs, Learjet and Bombardier Aerospace. Began as a factory-trained airframe mechanic working on all 20 and 30 series Learjets and performing all aspects of airframe maintenance repair and modifications from 100-hour to 12,000-hour inspections including several 12-year/Demate inspections. Trained on 28/29, 31, 55, 60 and 45 model Learjets, also serving as Quality Control Inspector.

Jeff Williams
Four Years United States Air Force, Autopilot/Instrument Technician with 19 years as A&P. Avionics Technician for a wide range of aircraft including Challenger 600, 601, 604, Falcon 900, Cessna Citation 650, Aero Commanders and Learjets.

Robert Eshenour
Twenty-one years of avionics experience, most recently working on Learjets at OEM service center. Other work experience includes ten years as an avionics lead for USPS, plus two years as an avionics manager for “C” check and “D” check line for a major commercial airline.
